Notice of Hybrid Remote Public Meeting Collier County Educational Facilities Authority Collier County, Florida February 15, 2023 9:00 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the Collier County Educational Facilities Authority will meet on Wednesday, February 15, at 9:00 a.m. This will be a Hybrid Remote meeting and it will be held in Conference Room C, Collier County Growth Management Community Development Department, 2800 North Horseshoe Drive, Naples, Florida. Some of the Board members may be appearing remotely, with staff present in person. The public may attend either remotely or in person. The agenda for the meeting and call-in information are on the Authority's website at: https://www.colliercountyfl.gov/government/advisory-boards-and-authorities/authorities/educational-facilities-authority Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk. The County is not responsible for technical issues About the public meeting: Two or more members of the Collier County Board of County Commissioners may be present and may participate at the meeting. The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at a future meeting of those boards, councils or agencies. All interested parties are invited to attend, and to register to speak. All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless changed by the chairman. Collier County Ordinance No. 2004-05 requires that all lobbyists shall, before engaging in any lobbying activities (including, but not limited to, addressing the Board of County Commissioners, an advisory board or quasi-judicial board), register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department. Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or other reasonable accommodations to participate in this proceeding, should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division, located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E., Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, or (239) 252-8380, as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
