Crews have made tremendous progress over the past three months to remove more than 1.3 million cubic yards of hurricane-generated debris from the City of Naples, the City of Marco, Everglades City and unincorporated Collier County. “We would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding during the Hurricane Ian debris removal mission. Reconstruction, renovation, repair work and lot-clearing debris will not be collected and must be disposed of by residents or their contractors. Collier County Solid and Hazardous Waste Management Division asks residents to place curbside any remaining hurricane debris by Sunday, January 8. Crews have made tremendous progress over the past three months to remove more than 1.3 million cubic yards of hurricane-generated debris from the City of Naples, the City of Marco, Everglades City and unincorporated Collier County.
