Naples Beach Club donates $50,000 to St. Matthew’s House Naples, FL — December 8, 2022 — St. Matthew’s House CEO Steve Brooder announces that the Naples Beach Club ownership has donated $50,000 to St. Matthew’s House. The donation will support the not-for-profit organization in its on-going efforts to provide food, shelter and services to those in Southwest Florida impacted by Hurricane Ian. Naples Beach Club Managing Director Alex Iskenderian notes that the donation is a continuation of a partnership with St. Matthew’s House that began when the Naples Beach Club donated the furnishings from the former Naples Beach Club & Hotel to the organization in May of 2021. “St. Matthew’s House has a wonderful reputation in the community,” he adds. “This is a partnership that we value and continue to enjoy.” “This donation will go a long way in our community recovery efforts,” says Brooder. “With this gift, we will be able to continue our mission of helping our neighbors heal and rebuild after the storm. We are deeply grateful to Alex and the Naples Beach Club for their continuing support of our mission. We have a challenging road ahead for some time to come.
