NAPLES, Fla. 09/21/21 – Naples Pathways Coalition is pleased to announce that Michelle Avola-Brown has been accepted into the Leadership Collier Foundation’s Leadership Collier Program Class of 2022. Avola-Brown is the Executive Director at Naples Pathways Coalition. Leadership Collier was formed by the Greater Naples Chamber in 1988 to develop a network of informed citizens prepared to assume leadership roles in our community. The chamber believes knowledge is a key element and prime motivator of leadership. Thus, the primary objective of Leadership Collier is to educate local business leaders about the societal and economic challenges facing our community today. “I am honored to be part of this incredible class,” said Avola-Brown. “Leadership Collier has a track record of equipping leaders to be the difference we need in our community. I am excited to learn, connect, and grow to help make Collier County an even better place for all of us to live, work and play!” Over the course of 10 sessions participants will fully explore local government, education, economic development, agriculture, arts and more. Avola-Brown will graduate from Leadership Collier in 2022, joining a network of over 2,000 alumni. "I am thrilled to welcome the newest class members to the Leadership Collier program,” said Amanda Beights, Senior Director, Leadership Programs at the Greater Naples Chamber. “It is exciting to expose a new group of leaders to our community's successes and challenges, which makes them more engaged and ready to make Collier County stronger."
