Chef-Owners Lisa Resch and Geoffrey Novins are pleased to announce the launch of Coastal Flight Provisions (CFP), an upscale inflight catering business serving all of Southwest Florida. The company, which officially took to the skies in September, targets jet clients at Naples Airport, Page Field, Private Sky, Marco Aviation and other airports to offer gourmet, chef-driven meal and beverage experiences focused on quality, consistency and taste. “With Coastal Flight Provisions, Geoff and I are providing the excellence Southwest Florida’s discerning palates have been searching for in both onboard service and menu selection,” details Resch. CFP mindfully selects the highest quality provisions of local seasonal fruits and vegetables, prime-beef, domestic lamb, fresh seafood, craft dairy and cheese products, as well as other specialties, ensuring clients are well cared for throughout their flights. “Our culinary passion and business savvy fuel a simple vision,” concludes Novins, “to provide inflight food and service the way it should be.” Resch is Chef-Owner of the Naples-based Carolina Catering Co. and has served the local community for nearly two decades, including collaborations with more than 40 celebrity chefs and vintners for the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF). Moreover, she is a Founding Partner of The Rooster+Drink. She and Novins met 20 years ago when he was a sous chef at her first restaurant, Bin 58. The two have cooked together for more than 18 years. Most recently the Culinary Director for the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Novins not only administered the charity’s Culinary Program, but was responsible for providing delicious, nutritious meals to thousands of children, as well as launching their Blue CanTEEN Food Truck.
