W.T., short for William Thomas, is the Owner of Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services and is a lifelong resident of Naples. He attended high school at the Community School of Naples and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with a focus in Business Management and Real Estate. Since his licensure, W.T has directly participated in over 190 commercial real estate transactions valued at over $250 million. As the owner and qualifying broker of Pearson CRE, he represents buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial sales and leases across all of south Florida. W.T. is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He has a passion for giving back to the area he grew up, as well as helping others to find ways to get involved to build a stronger community and economy. W.T. has specifically focused on the Leadership Collier Foundation of the Greater Naples Chamber. He is a 2018 graduate of the Associate Leadership Collier program (ALC), Vice Chair of the 2021 ALC class, Chair of the 2022 ALC class, and looks forward to graduating from the Leadership Collier program in 2024. He has served on the ALC Selection Committee, and currently co-chairs the LCF “Explore Collier” work, serves as a Youth Leadership Collier Mentor, and serves as Chair of the LCF Alumni Association Matching Needs Committee, which works to connect LCF alumni to community leadership roles. W.T. has also served in leadership roles for a number of other local organizations including the Collier County Community Land Trust, Relay for Life of Collier County, Habitat for Humanity Next Gen, Greater Naples Chamber Classic, the Greater Naples Chamber Public Policy Committee, and the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group Steering Committee. He has also served on the Collier County Grant Review Committee, and has been a guest lecturer on commercial leasing and a student mentor at Florida Gulf Coast University. Outside of his work, W.T. has a passion for the outdoors. When he is not brokering commercial real estate transactions or serving in community leadership roles, he can be found with his wife, Amanda, exploring the vast public land system in Collier County or many miles offshore freediving.
