The biggest Small Business Event in Collier County – “COLLIER 2020” – will take place in Naples, August 16, 2017, it was announced today by SCORE co-chairwomen Margaret Holt and Eva Zacks. With a concept of “10 FOR 5“and the theme “The Future for Small Business in Collier County,” the Event will feature senior executives of 10 major Collier County business organizations speaking for 5 minutes each (Collier 10 For 5), highlighting numerous new and upcoming factors and developments that will seriously affect Collier County businesses in the immediate future. “COLLIER 2020 will provide a comprehensive view of the business environment, showing the connectivity among the various market sectors. It will provide invaluable information for attendees in planning for their companies' future growth,” explains Frank Friend, chairman of the SCORE committee organizing the event. Among the groups participating are: the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce; Southwest Florida Economic Development Alliance; Collier Building Industry Association; Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, Naples Area Board of Realtors; Johnson School of Business, Hodges University; Naples, Marco Island, Everglades Convention & Visitors Bureau; Growth Management Department, Collier County; Tamiami Angel Fund III; and Regions Bank.
