For many, Naples offers warm weather and beautiful beaches to enjoy year-round. Naples is one of the wealthiest cities in the United States, with the sixth highest per capita income in America, and the second highest proportion of millionaires per capita in the country. With that in mind, it is easy to overlook the fact that one out of every four households in Collier County struggles to make ends meet and might not know where their next meal is coming from. United Way of Collier County, Harry Chapin Food Bank, Publix Super Markets and Collier Area Transit are teaming up to host the fourth annual Collier County “Stuff the Bus” Food Drive on February 19, 2017. We are asking area churches, faith-based groups and other community partners to shop at any of the following Publix stores between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 19, and donate any of the following items to help “Stuff the Bus” and feed our neighbors in need.
